All Dot On! Designs sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging. Do not return an item without contacting us first.

If the item is determined to be damaged or defective, we will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

Minor variations in color, pattern, texture, or other characteristics of handmade artwork are part of its unique nature and are not considered defects.
