Commission Process

Records – I offer two options for the record. You can supply the record or I can purchase it for you. If I purchase it, I charge you the same price I pay, plus a small handling fee.

Color Choices – I’m happy to work with you on the color.  I will share up to three color palettes for your review for approval of one color palette. Some clients prefer to leave the entire color selection to my discretion.  Please be aware that due to color mixing, slight variations may occur between the sample palettes and the final outcome.  Exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

Design – As the artist, all designs stem from my creativity and are exclusively crafted by me.

Back Story – The story behind the record choice inspires my dotting design.  Feel free to share as much information as you wish so I can customize the design to reflect your memories.

Completion Time – Records are usually completed within 2 weeks from receipt of record. During busier periods, production may take longer.  I’ll confirm the timeframe when you place your order for a seamless experience.

Customer Satisfaction – If you’re unsatisfied with the final artwork, I’ll replace the dotted record to ensure your full satisfaction.
